We guarantee our work. If any piece of jewelry breaks due to workmanship, we will gladly repair or replace it at no charge to the customer.
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our own merchant account, PayPal, personal checks drawn on U.S. banks, cashier checks, and money orders. Personal checks must clear the bank before shipment. For international orders, payment must be made through PayPal.
Our preferred shipping method is the U.S. Postal Service, first class or Priority Mail insured, within the U.S., and Global Priority for international, insured through U-Pic. If you prefer a different mode of shipping, please ask. If you opt not to have insurance, however, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Cost will be actual charge for shipping and insurance plus $1.00 handling. Minimum shipping charge is $3.00.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in original condition, with tags, for a full refund. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of the package, and mail the item back to us within 10 days. Refund will be sent upon our receipt of the item. Custom orders are not returnable.
